Once your order ships, we will email you all available tracking information. It is very convenient to search for relevant information online. If you do not receive the email, you can obtain relevant information through the “Tracking Order” page. If you have any questions, please write to us for a consultation and we will answer any questions you may have about your order or shipment.

We ship your order as soon as we receive it, so once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel or modify it. Your order may be returned or replaced if necessary. Please see our Refund Returns for more information.

We make every effort to ship your items together; however, sometimes we may have to split your order into multiple batches.
Common reasons for splitting an order are:

  • Goods are located in our different warehouses;
  • Items shipped directly from the supplier;
  • Large orders that require multiple boxes;

Please note that when an order is split into multiple batches, you don’t have to pay anything extra and everything is covered by us.

We apologize if your order arrived in poor condition. For items damaged upon arrival, please take a photo immediately and contact our customer service team for further instructions. Also, please keep all boxes and packing materials, we will find out the reason as soon as possible, if it is our reason, everything will be done according to the return policy. And if it is the carrier’s reason, we will cooperate to investigate its responsibility.


Most items ship within 48 hours after we receive the order. However, since we ship internationally, the exact delivery time will vary depending on your delivery location. General international delivery time is within 4-6 weeks. This time does not include the extension due to political reasons, customs clearance policies and force majeure factors such as COVID-19. In these cases, please allow a longer delivery time to ship the goods. At the same time, we will try our best to urge the relevant departments to deliver it as soon as possible.

Your delivery fee will vary based on the size, weight and location of the product you choose to purchase and the shipping method you choose. We recommend that you use a location that is staffed during business hours as your shipping address. Whether it’s home, work or another address to minimise any redelivery delays or costs.
You may incur additional shipping/delivery charges (over and above the fees and charges above) at checkout:

  • Bulk or bulk orders;
  • Courier or urgent delivery;
  • Not stock or custom products.

Please contact us in advance if you need to designate a specific carrier to ship your products to you. We will use the specified shipping method and carrier according to your needs, of course you need to compensate for a certain difference.

After submitting your order, our international shipping department will contact you with an accurate quote. Any associated duties, taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the client.  
International customers can choose a variety of shipping methods according to their needs:

  • Express shipping, allow 4-7 days for delivery;
  • Air parcel post, allowing 2-3 weeks for delivery;
  • By air, allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

The above times are under normal circumstances and may be changed in special circumstances.
